This week's wedding cake choice is an interesting idea, though a more expensive one. Instead of having one large wedding cake, why not consider making cute, bite-sized mini wedding cakes for each guest? Notice how each tiny cake is decorated and sits perfectly on a little platter? How fun are they?? But yes, as I said before, they're more expensive than one large one but so much cooler! A great option for summer weddings.

This week's wedding cake is one of the strangest wedding cakes I've ever seen. It's a life-size wedding cake, modeled after the bride! She's even wearing a similar dress and accessories (gloves, head piece, veil and necklace). I decided to post this because it is so unusual - can you imagine cutting into and eating "yourself" at your own wedding? Seems like an odd message to send but I guess it could be fun if people don't take it too seriously!
